4. Orders and Acceptance

  • Once an order is placed, it is subject to confirmation by Buildo.
  • Buildo reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.
  • Order confirmation will be communicated via call, message, or email.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices displayed are indicative and may vary based on market rates, location, and availability.
  • Final pricing will be confirmed before order processing.
  • Payments must be made in full or as agreed before dispatch unless otherwise specified.
  • Buildo accepts online payments, bank transfers, UPI, or other approved methods.

6. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • The customer must ensure proper access to the delivery location.
  • Any delay caused due to site inaccessibility will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, re-delivery, or route changes.

7. Truck Rental / Hire Terms

  • Trucks provided by Buildo are for material transport purposes only.
  • Rental charges will be based on distance, duration, and load.
  • The customer must clearly specify requirements at the time of booking.
  • Any misuse, overloading, or legal violation during usage will be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Quality and Quantity

  • Buildo strives to provide quality materials through trusted suppliers.
  • Minor variations in quantity or quality may occur due to the nature of raw materials.
  • Customers are advised to verify materials at the time of delivery.
  • Once accepted, materials will not be eligible for return or replacement except in exceptional cases.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without penalty.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible or may attract charges.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after verification.
  • Logistics or transportation charges may be non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Buildo shall not be liable for:
    • Delays caused by external factors
    • Losses due to improper use of materials
    • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

11. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide accurate delivery details
  • To ensure site readiness for delivery
  • Not to misuse the platform or services
  • Not to engage in fraudulent or illegal activities

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including logos, designs, text, and graphics, is the property of Buildo and may not be used without permission.

Your personal information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. Buildo does not sell or misuse customer data.

14. Force Majeure

Buildo shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of West Bengal. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Kalimpong.
